This is the Last Will and Testament
of Joseph Bean the Elder of Gunning in the Colony of New South Wales Innkeeper. I appoint James ?? of Gunning in the said Colony Grazier and my son Joseph Bean of Gunning aforesaid Gentleman Executors and Trustees of this my Will. I devise unto my said Trustees All those allotments of land Numbers Nine and Ten of Section Fifteen situate in the Town of Gunning Upon trust for my niece Mary Lucy Bean upon her attaining the age of Twenty years and in the meantime and until the said Mary Lucy Bean shall attain that age I Direct that my said trustees shall receive the rents and profits arising from the said land and devote the same to the maintenance and support of the said Mary Lucy Bean until she attains the age of Twenty years And on her attaining that age I direct that the said Mary Lucy Bean shall be entitled to the said land for her own and separate use and benefit for her life and free from ? debts control or engagements of any husband and after her death the said Allotments of land shall go to and become the property of her eldest child or eldest surviving child at the time of her death absolutely. But in the event of the said Mary Lucy Bean dying without issue I direct that my nephew Joseph Bean of Gunning his heirs and assigns shall be entitled to the said Allotments of land for ever. I devise unto my nephew Joseph Bean of Gunning aforesaid All those Allotments Numbers One Two and Eight of Section fifteen situate in the Town of Gunning aforesaid absolutely I devise unto my nephew Charles Bean of Gunning aforesaid All those Allotments of land Numbers Three four five and six of section fifteen situate in the Town of Gunning absolutely I devise unto my step grandson John McConville of Gunning Allotment fourteen of section fifteen situate in the Town of Gunning absolutely I devise unto my step grandson Charles McConville of Gunning Allotment fifteen of Section fifteen situate in the Town of Gunning aforesaid absolutely I devise unto my step grandson James McConville of Gunning aforesaid Allotment Sixteen of Section Fifteen situate in the Town of Gunning absolutely I bequeath unto my said niece Mary Lucy Bean my piano for her absolute use and benefit And as to for and concerning all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal and of whatsoever nature I give devise and bequeath the same unto my Dear Wife Sarah Bean for her life And after her death to my son Joseph Bean absolutely and for ever I revoke all former wills and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto and to the preceding page set my hand this ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty one
