August 1795The Ship Marquis Cornwallis sailed from Cork, Ireland, in August 1795 with Maria Sarah Kelly aboard and arrived in Sydney, NSW on 11 February 1796 under Capt. Hogan. She was transporting 244 men & women when she left Cork. Eight were killed during an attempted mutiny about one month after leaving Cork.
